The basics – My name is Tracy and I am a 48 year old mother to  13 year old boy who is going on 21, a wife of 16 years to a self-employed spouse that is dealing with serious and undiagnosed medical issues, and a full-time employee for the NYS Court System.

As my title suggests, I have been dealing with anxiety for the better part of my life. I started taking anxiety medication in the last few years and it has been a life changer.
